Incorrect Information
Please check carefully the order information you enter on the order form. Incorrect information can lead to your order being delayed or if your gift is returned and needs to be re-directed or re-delivered, you will in cure additional delivery fees.

Quality and Availability
Hampers for Him Pty Ltd reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.
Delivery Terms
Hampers for Him Pty Ltd is not responsible for the gift delivery. Hampers for Him Pty Ltd uses reputable contract couriers and Australia Post. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
There is no Sunday/or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.
Whilst we will make every effort to have goods delivered on the preferred date or within the estimated delivery timeframes, Hampers for Him does not accept responsibility for and is not liable for any delivery delays. If you are not completely satisfied with our service as a result of a delivery delay you can return the product to us in accordance with our Returns/Refund Policy. Only the Express Courier entitles the customer to a refund of the delivery fee as a result of late delivery.
Hampers for Him accepts no responsibility for any errors you make when entering orders, delivery instructions, card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered as a result of an incorrect address any additional delivery charge will be passed on to the customer.
Hampers for Him is not liable for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address where the recipient has granted permission to leave the goods unattended.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to an order can be made any time prior to dispatch. To cancel an order please reply to your confirmation email, send us a note using the Contact Us page, or call us on (02) 8065 5836.
Returns/Refunds Policy
Hampers for Him Pty Ltd do not supply refunds for incorrect choices or non reading of terms and conditions, however will issue you with a full credit for your purchase to be used at any other time at our online store.
If your gift order has been processed twice through a technology hitch, or from multiple submissions we will refund the duplicate order(s) immediately.
Applications for refunds outside our above terms will be assessed by our financial controller and may take up to 21 working days to process.
Hampers for Him Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Hampers for Him Pty Ltd will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.
Warning
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The licensee will ensure delivery arrangements are made, including requiring evidence of age where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability of Hampers for Him Pty Ltd (herein referred to as Hampers for Him ) in connection with the products supplied to you, subject to any non-excludable conditions or warranties implied by legislation, is limited to the amount you paid for the products supplied.
Placing an order with Hampers for Him constitutes an offer to enter an agreement to purchase goods. This offer is only accepted by Hampers for Him when the goods are dispatched.
Hampers for Him reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit or cancel orders (or part thereof), or not to provide goods at our sole discretion at any time. Apart from refunding your payment for any unfulfilled orders, Hampers for Him will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.
